Mistakes happen; it’s a fact of life. Everybody makes them despite their levels of severity, and we often see them as a crime against our natural life.  Yes, it may true that they can make us feel ashamed and foolish for the time being.  However, remember to keep in mind that mistakes also exist for another reason outside from targeting your guilt.  Mistakes are what they are: unintentional accidents, and accidents tend to always teach us a little something about life.  So next time, instead of feeling guilty for what you’ve done, take it as a lesson learned and not repeat the wrongs you’ve committed.  Don’t punish yourself for something that cannot be changed.  It’s okay.  Nobody is perfect.  And mistakes are there to remind us of that.
